Dr. Lauren McKaig
Owner, Veterinarian
A Colorado native, Dr. McKaig's roots are in the equestrian community, having grown up riding with the local drill team. She is a dedicated Colorado State University alum, where she completed a trifecta of degrees: an undergraduate in Equine Sciences, a Master's in Biomedical Sciences, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Her practice is founded on a passion for integrative therapies, small ruminant medicine, and compassionate care. She is certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture (cVMA) and Animal Chiropractic (cIVCA). Beyond medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, whale watching, or reading a good mystery novel.

Lora is the engine behind the scenes, keeping Rainier Mobile running smoothly! She manages scheduling, client communications, and invoicing. Off the clock, Lora lives on a farm in Arlington alongside a lively crew of animals, including horses, alpacas, llamas, pigs, turkeys, and even a tortoise!
