What To Expect
Here's everything you need to know to prepare for your animal's visit.

Mobile Appointments
We travel to you! For general practice appointments, Rainier Mobile visits patients generally within 45 minutes of Maple Valley, WA.
We travel longer distances for barn visits with multiple animals for integrative appointments (chiropractic or acupuncture). Routinely, we travel to Poulsbo, Bainbridge Island, Monroe, Snohomish, and Arlington for integrative care. Please reach out if you have an interest in an integrative barn visit!

Preparation
We request that your animal is caught, clean, and ready for their appointment at their designated time. Time to catch and clean your animal will be charged appropriately.

Payment
Payment is due at time of service. We accept major credit cards, Venmo, ACH payments, and cash. We do not offer payment plans.

Emergencies
After-hours emergency service is limited and reserved for current general practice clients in good standing. To qualify as a current client, your animal must have been seen for a daytime routine appointment within the last 12 months. Please note that emergency services are not offered for integrative clients outside our service area.
